Plain grilled salmon

I was at Brasserie Gerard for a light dinner before going on to other things, and chose their grilled salmon fillet on mustard mashed potato with creamed leeks.  Fresh-tasting fish, nicely cooked.  I put black pepper on it and thought what a well-balanced dish this was, with no one taste overpowering the others.  I drank a South African Fish Hoek chenin blanc, dry and tangy with tropical fruit and melon.
